This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
1. Scope
These terms apply to Airval’s paid plans, subscribed to by businesses with Company name : to be completed. They supplement the terms of use.
2. Plans and prices
The plans, what they include and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros excluding VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate. The Diagnostic plan is free. Any price increase is announced at least 30 days before it applies, from the next period.
3. Subscription, term and renewal
- Monthly: the subscription runs in one-month periods, renewed automatically.
- Annual: the subscription runs in twelve-month periods, paid in advance and renewed automatically.
- A change of plan takes effect from the next period.
4. Payment and invoices
Payment is made online, at the start of each period, through our payment provider (payment provider : to be completed). Airval never sees or stores your card details. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Late payment incurs penalties at the European Central Bank interest rate plus 10 points, as well as a fixed recovery fee of 40 euros (Articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code). If a reminder goes unanswered, access to paid features may be suspended.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period: you keep access until then, and no pro-rata amount is refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
6. Right of withdrawal
The service is reserved for businesses: the right of withdrawal under French consumer law does not apply, unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of the publisher’s registered office.
