Who can see my documents, and where are they hosted?
Only the members of your organisation, according to the role you give them. Every file is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), never has a public address and can only leave through a download that checks your rights and is recorded in the access log.
Hosting: provider and country to be confirmed.
Is this investment advice or an official valuation?
No. Airval calculates an indicative range from your data and market assumptions. It is neither a certified valuation nor investment advice: for the sale itself, an expert or an M&A adviser remains essential.
How is this different from my accountant?
Your accountant keeps your books and produces the FEC (the French legal accounting export). Airval starts from that file, reads it the way a buyer would, and spots what would lower the price. The two work together, and Airval tells you what to ask your accountant for, such as spreading annual subscriptions over their term.
What if I don’t want to sell for another five years?
Then this is the right time to start. The most expensive problems, such as code the company doesn’t own or a customer that weighs too much, take years to fix, not weeks. And a company that is ready to sell is, first of all, a well-run company.
Which tools can I connect?
Today: the FEC, which every French accounting package can export, and the CSV export of your Stripe invoices. A direct, read-only Stripe connection is in the works.
